PREFERRABLY WORKED IN F&amp;B INDUSTRYKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company.</li><li>Prepare and process all project-related payment requests and regular operational payment requests in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain proper records and tracking of all project payments, expenses, and supporting documents.</li><li>Verify invoices, receipts, approved quotations, and supporting documents before processing payments.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project-wise cost sheets and financial analysis reports.</li><li>Monitor and control all company expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Supervise physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation for Central Store, Main Kitchen, and outlets.</li><li>Lead yearly physical stock-taking, verification, and inventory valuation processes.</li><li>Maintain and monitor the Purchase Register and supplier records.</li><li>Ensure timely processing of government-related payments, rental payments, and statutory obligations.</li><li>Oversee payroll preparation, staff incentives, leave salaries, settlements, and related approvals.</li><li>Maintain Input VAT and Output VAT ledgers and ensure timely VAT return submissions.</li><li>Prepare and manage monthly accruals, amortization schedules, and accounting entries.</li><li>Maintain and monitor the Property, Plant &amp; Equipment (PPE) register and related accounting records.</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliation of all ledgers, supplier accounts, and bank accounts.</li><li>Project Cost Reports</li><li>Purchase Reports</li><li>Supplier Ageing Reports</li><li>Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Reports</li><li>Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)</li><li>Monthly Income &amp; Expense Statements</li><li>Assist management in preparing annual budgets for all outlets, kitchens, central store, call center, and Head Office.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and provide all required documents and schedules to complete annual audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT regulations, company policies, and financial controls.</li><li>Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in financial operations.</li></ul>Pay: BD450.000 - BD650.000 per hourWork Location: In person
